Welcome to Corcel! We offer various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and access to Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to empower your projects and businesses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our APIs and AI applications, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us on our website or through our services.
2. Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Use of Services
a. Corcel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our APIs and AI applications subject to these Terms.
b. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
c. You may not use our services to develop or distribute any application that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.
4. Restrictions You agree not to:
a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our services.
b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our services without our prior written consent.
c. Resell, lease, rent, or sublicense our services to third parties. d. Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our APIs, AI applications, and associated documentation are owned by or licensed to Corcel. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other rights are granted, either express or implied, to you.
6. API Usage Limits
Corcel may set and enforce limits on your use of the APIs (e.g., limiting the number of API requests that you may make), in our sole discretion. You agree to comply with these limits.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Corcel expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Corcel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or
(c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Changes to Terms
Corcel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other reasonable means of communication. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law

Terms of Service for Image Studio

Welcome to Image Studio — a product by Corcel. Before accessing or using our APIs and services, please read the Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") listed below in full. This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Corcel ("We", "Our" or "Us").
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided by Image Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Description of Services:
Image Studio offers users a way to generate images using our APIs. While we strive to provide top-quality service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of the generated images.
3. User Content and Conduct:
All content generated by users is their responsibility, and Corcel is not liable for any content or images generated via Image Studio's APIs. This includes, but is not limited to, Not Safe for Work (NSFW) images. While we have algorithms in place to detect and prevent NSFW content from being produced, they are not 100% accurate, and you agree that Corcel cannot be held liable for any NSFW images generated. Users shall not use the Image Studio to generate images that: • Promote illegal activities • Contain explicit sexual content • Contains or promotes hateful, discriminatory language or actions Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your access to our services.
4. Privacy:
Any image generated using our services is considered public and not private. As such, you acknowledge that you do not expect any level of privacy regarding the images generated, and Corcel cannot be held responsible for any misuse of these images. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services.
5. Limitations of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Corcel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Changes to These Terms:
Corcel reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will come into effect 30 days after they are posted on this page.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of the Courts of the UAE. By using our services, you are accepting all of the terms and conditions specified above.
